Charlie enjoys skating after hosting some guests at the eatery. Meanwhile, Mr. Stout seeks out Edna, who shows no interest, as her father and Mrs. Stout had dated while they were at the same place before. After watching a roller skate show where Charlie is known under the name Sir Cecil Seltzer, he gets invited to a gathering organized by Edna.
